Trex deck upgrade

A client called us to fix a failing Trex deck installed by others. Trex had a bad batch of decking for a few years, so they paid for the decking material but not the cost of Labor. We took out the old Trex decking, fixed dry rot and repaired subframe. Installed waterproof vapor barrier on top of joist. Installed new Trex decking with hidden fasteners. Lastly, we installed new lights, wiring on the staircase and surrounding yard with a new controller box. The result was a beautiful upgrade.
